Stephanie entered the initiative with her concept of a gallery with a twist for emerging artists, incorporating three elements: an artist studio space, a gallery and a bar area for events in Croydon, in the hopes of creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for the public to appreciate art. Stephanie’s passion for her artistically inspired business ‘STUDIO14’ led her to be named as Young Start-up Talent Croydon’s very first winner in 2015.
Stephanie is now an award-winning artist, and has recently shown and created live work in places such as the TATE Britain, TATE Modern, TATE St Ives and the Apple Store in Covent Garden. Since winning the initiative, Stephanie has used her prize fund to perfect her brand and establish a professional website on which artists can get in touch with one another.
On top of this, Stephanie has also been attending and speaking at various networking events across the United Kingdom, putting her in touch with a number of new people and exposing her to a host of opportunities to take her to the next level.
